About Hazel

Hazel was found wandering after the floods and nobody came for her. She's a classic heeler: devoted to her person, suspicious of the postie, and happiest with a job to do. Slow introductions win her over completely.

The home she's hoping for

A confident owner who enjoys hiking or camping and will keep her busy. Older kids are fine; other dogs only after a careful meet-and-greet.

A note from the foster carer
“Needs a slow introduction to new people. Brilliant recall.”

A day with Hazel

  1. Bush walk with her foster mum

  2. Patrols the yard

  3. Nose work games

  4. Sleeps at the foot of the bed
